Original era manufacture. Dachau pattern tab of silver gray embroidery on black wool backing. Varnished burlap interior with a white stitched edge, it does not glow under a UV light. The 21st Waffen-SS division "Skanderberg" was composed of Albanian Muslims with a German Cadre. Broken up due to discipline troubles after 6 months of existance. It is thought these never saw issue to the troops. Near new condition.
