Original era manufacture. Original wool felt cover with canvas suspension and aluminum canteen body. There is some scattered mothing to the cover, a bit around the canteen neck and a few scattered bites on the body itself.  The suspension straps are sound and the snaphook is intact. Wild looking lime-green plastic cup with a 1940 date on it's base. The cup is a current reproduction in our opinion. Will do just fine until a replacement can be found.
