Item #49747 : Original era manufacture. A well used but complete officers busby of the County of London Rangers. The only battle honor visible on the blackened badge is South Africa 1900-1902. The unit continued service through WWI and WWII, when additional honors were added.Black lambs wool busby with a maroon silk lining and gilt makers logo inside. The hat is complete with its cap badge, blackened cockade with kings crown and pale green horsehair bush. The black braided cap lines are also attached.The body of the hat shows areas of loss of the black lambs wool, primarily on the wearers left, but otherwise is quite sound for its age and solid.
