Original era manufacture. A very nice example of an all steel construction Indo-Persian Pulwar, or Talwar sword. Polished steel, dramatically curved blade measures 27 inches in length tip to guard, with a very sharp cutting edge. The surface of the blade displays an even steel patina, with a very nice gold flower or bud on the obverse. Very delicately tooled steel guard, grip and pommel cap, with a skull crusher projection on the top of the pommel. Definitely not one of the tourist trade swords, this is a high quality, well made sword. No scabbard.
