Original era manufacture. Modified for use during WWI with the blade being shortened to 9.25 inches and the hooked quillon removed. Unmarked on the ricasso, long pattern spring in the grip.The brass mounted leather bodied scabbard, is quite sound, stitching is tight, overall showing normal age and wear.
