Original era manufacture. Ornate, gilded cast brass buckle with silvered blades to the fasces flanking the wreathed eagle.Gold brocade covered belt exterior with a black central stripe. The brocade is stitched to a white calfskin leather reverse. The edges of the brocade show wear and curling to the edges. The leather shows wear and staining.
