Original era manufacture. Plated steel blade measuring 33 inches in length, with a makers name on the obverse and logo on the reverse ricasso. Runs fairly straight and true with a slight drift to the left about 4 inches back from the point. Scattered spots of finish loss, mostly on the reverse side of the blade. Heavy five branch brass guard with a pleasing patina finish. Detailed lion head pommel. Simple painted wood grip. Nearly dent-free black painted steel scabbard with two suspension bands and loops.
