Original era manufacture. A well made wooden frame with the Imperial Chrysanthemum at top center, and images of Emperor Hirohito and Empress Nagako. The couple appear quite young, and the photographs may have been taken on their wedding day, or when Hirohito came to the throne in 1926.The images are clear, but show some surface loss, most being located at the bottom of Hirohito's image.Frame measures 18x15 inches, with a nice vintage look to it.
