Original era manufacture. All leather construction body and straps with a white canvas lining material.All attached straps and buckles are present, the leather is very pliable and without dryrot in evidence. There are several very faint inkstamps on the interior of the knapsack, but no Army property markings are visible.Scuffing to the edges of the pack, and the body is pushed in a bit. Something that is easily taken care of for display by filling the interior with a lightweight material. There are two wide leather loops on the top of the pack to allow blanket roll straps to pass through, the removable straps are not present.
