Original period manufacture. British built battleship Mikasa postcard honoring Navy Day of the Russo Japanese War 1904-1905. Flagship of Admiral Togo during the battles of Port Arthur, Yellow Sea and Tsushima. Made into a museum ship in the 1920's, she survived WWII and can still be visited today, being the only surviving pre-dreadnought battleship in the world. Period stamp and cachet on the obverse.
