Original era manufacture. Twelve inch, square shaped blade with a pronounced curve to its length. At the base it measures 11 x 17.5 mm with a 12 mm steel projection on the bottom.The sheath and scabbard are of ornately carved wood, formed in the shape of a stylized dragon. While the scabbard and grip are quite sound, there is a crack in the surface of the scabbard, and the dragon appears to have lost the lower portion of his jaw.
