Original era manufacture. Oxidized silver medal with it's original green/white striped ribbon. Awarded to those who participated directly in the rehabilitation of Tokyo after the devastating earthquake of 1923. Some sources quote a death-toll over 120,000, with an additional 2,000,000 rendered homeless by the disaster.
