Original era manufacture. Hand forged, 11 inch blade with two mounting holes in the unsigned tang. The blade shows a gray polished surface with scattered areas of surface corrosion. The cutting edge is sound but there are a few nicks in the edge near the tip. The grip wrapping is sound with two nice menuki in place. Black lacquered wood sheath showing typical wear and paint loss.
