Original era manufacture. Japanese Type 30 rubberized canvas scabbard with frog attached. Typical fabric loos at the base of the two belt loops. The scabbard has been stored for a long time without a blade inserted, subsequently it is now difficult to insert a blade all the way in. You might be able to get a thin belt to slip between the belt loops for display.
