Japanese WWII 1000 Stitch Belt

Original era manufacture. White cotton belt with red cotton stitches inside. There is a white cotton cover over the stitches which makes a pocket of sorts. Inside are sewn several Good Luck coins and a Temple stamped prayer paper. Interesting in that each stitch looks to have a hand-drawn red circle around it. Very clean example, no damage.
