Original era manufacture. Aluminum bodied enlisted canteen with most of its original brown paint intact. Sound canvas suspension harness with an metal adjusting buckle on itsshoulder strap. Originalmetal topped corkstopper held in place by a leather strap. Soldiers name written on the front of the harness. Normal age and wear, staining to the strap surface but not frayed or torn.
