Original era manufacture. A well used example, but still retaining a fair amount of original brown paint on the aluminum canteen body. The intact canvas shoulder strap is stained and soiled from service use, but not broken or major fraying. The only piece missing is the leather strap which holds the cork and aluminum stopper in place.
