Original era manufacture. A very sound example for restoration featuring original paint, both original rivets and helmet star. The interior of the helmet shows that all three of the split rings are present and sound not rusted relics. One handpainted kanji character is painted on the inside rim. The exterior of the helmet shows some light surface corrosion with a perfect match to the surface of the star.
