Original era manufacture. Olive greenwool field cap in very clean condition. Original sewn, yellowwool felt star on the front. Adjustablegreen paintedleather chinstrap, which is secured bya brownsteel side button on each side.White gauze-cotton lining with clear issue stamps, brown leather sweatband with a size marking on one side. The capwas never issued,and displays storage and handling wear only.
