Original era manufacture. Standard pattern canteen as carried by Japanese Army officers during WWII. Olive colored gabardine wool cover, with a four button snap closure, and leather shoulder strap.Aluminum canteen body which is dent free, cork stopper, with a jigger-style cap. Very small amount of mothing to the cover located on the bottom.  A very sound example overall.
