Original era manufacture. Clean 28 inch chrome steel blade with a false temper line, the blade is heavier than most, showing light age and wear. Ornate cast brass guard in the pattern for a company grade officer, horn grip without any wire binding. Steel scabbard mostly dent-free, showing several coats of old paint, one black over a coat of gold paint.
