Original period manufacture. Clean 29 inch chromed steel blade with a false temper line added to the cutting edge. The blade is straight and made of a good quality steel. Light amount of surface bubbling, mostly just needs a light bath. Gilded brass guard and pommel with a darkwood grip bound withthree strands of wire. Chromefinished steel scabbard with some very minor surface denting. Light age and wear overall.
