Original era manufacture. 23 inch polished steel blade showing a graying and spotted surface with evidence of an old cleaning. No nicks in the cutting edge and the tip remains sharp. Army pattern hilt with a cast brass tsuba. Leather covered wooden scabbard with a single brass carrying ring. Sound Pacific War souvenir.
