Original era manufacture.Polished steel blade measuring 26.5 inches in length, very clean,with a visible temper line, the tang is not signed. There are no nicks in the cutting edge, the tip is sharp, scattered areas of light staining and spotting but no corrosion pitting.Decorative brass guard, original wrapped grip with fish skin underlay, and two brass menuki. Brass pommel cap.Dark olive green painted steel scabbard, with brown painted brass decoration, no dents in the scabbard.
