Original era manufacture. A very sound example with a russet leather flap and an embroidered star decoration. The interior is covered in a green wool canvas with partitions for pencils and pens. Inside the pack are four side straps for attaching a blanket or raincoat. Overall the pack appears unused showing storage wear only.
