Original era manufacture. A summer weight hat of olive green cotton with red wool piping and cap band. Bound edged patent leather visor and matching chinstrap, with cherry blossom buttons on each side. At the front of the hat is a brass star with kanji at center. Gray cotton lining with handwritten kanji, black oilcloth sweatband. Normal age and wear.
