Original period manufacture. A near new example of reddish-brown leather with a green cotton/wool blend lining. Yellow leather star, stitched to a dark brown leather disc is machine sewn to the front of the helmet. Assorted issue stamps can be seen on the interior of the ear-cups. Light age and wear only.
