Original period manufacture. Olive brown painted canvas case with a leather covered, steel spring closure clasp. White numbers and kanji on the case lid. Tan canvas shoulder strap with an adjusting buckle secured to the case body by four leather strips riveted in place. The case shows typical age and wear but no damage. Not quite sure what modelbinoculars the case is for, not the NCO pattern for sure, but perhaps another, slightly large 6X pair.
