Original era manufacture. A very military style steel helmet with a pronounced center ridge, and a dark brown paint finish. On the front of the helmet is a gilded brass three dimensional star, which helps secure the woven paper liner. The liner is basically sound, however one of the six liner fingers has pulled through. Traditional military style heavy green canvas chinstrap in sound condition.
