Original era manufacture. I believe this to be an early war example due to the quality of materials use, with the black composition portions being slightly thicker in size than the later examples. Alloy metal handset with a black composition ear piece, and a black composition mouth piece with original cloth wrapped wire, with its metal leads intact. Normal age and wear.
