Original era manufacture. Black cotton rate with an embroidered yellow cotton bar and anchor, white cotton reverse. At the time of our purchase this rate was missing its small metal branch of service cherry blossom. We had a few original yellow (generic rate, NLF for example) laying around so we installed one in the existing hole. Hope you don't object. Nice vintage look to this one.
