Original period manufacture. Straight guard, fuller-less blade, contoured wood grips and a square pommel.Overall a very clean example with most of its original blue finish remaining on the blade, no issues. Mix of blue and steel patina finish to the guard and pommel. Original finish wood grips, displaying very minor marring and denting from service use.Olive brown painted wooden scabbard made in two pieces, and bound with two bands of painted wire. Blue finished steel throat and scabbard tip. No cracks or chips in the wooden body.
