Original period manufacture. Blue finished blade made with fullers with the Jinsen Arsenal proof, straight guard, slightly contoured wooden grips with a square pommel. Late war produced bayonet, with a dark overall finish.  Standard steel scabbard with light surface denting. Most of the original finish remains on the blade, the grips are also original finish but are quite dark.
