Original era manufacture. Instituted by the Japanese puppet government of Manchukuo in 1933 and presented to those who performed meritorious service in the foundation of the new nation. 30mm black lacquered bronze medal with two silvered characters on the obverse. The ribbon is lightly soiled from handling and age. The award comes with its original black lacquered wooden case.
