Original era manufacture. Olive green canvas rucksack, with a drawstring closure, flap which ties to the body of the pack, and unusual for a Japanese pack, buckle adjusted shoulder straps.Written on the inside of the flap is the name of soldier, a Mr. Hori Koichi and address-Hagi City Kamigoken Town Yamaguchi Prefecture. The rucksack shows wear and use with several repairs in evidence. I am not quite certain what service branch used this pack, perhaps Navy. Good color, and sound overall.
