Original era manufacture. Printed cloth Navy issue towel, showing wear and use. It is accompanied by an original capture certificate issued to a soldier in the US 19th Infantry Regiment during WWII. It lists a number of artifacts allowed to him, including a towel.During WWII, the 19th Infantry Regiment formed part of the US 24th Infantry Division and saw combat on New Guinea and the Philippines.
