Original period manufacture.Black cotton insignia with yellow cotton embroidered emblems, mounted to a white cotton backing. Period WWII souvenir inscription on the reverse; "Po. 1st Class".Mounted above the anchor is a yellow enameled cherry blossom indicating general service.
