Original era manufacture. Blue wool issue Petty Officers hat which has been upgraded by the addition of a wartime produced IJN officers cap insignia.Nice white cotton issue tag in the lining, black leather sweatband, and a bound leather visor. No moth issues to report, normal age and wear.
