Original era manufacture. Nine inch, chrome finished steel blade with no corrosion issues, just some light scratching to the surface, and minor bubbling.Gilded brass guard and pommel cap, triple strand wire binding, with a real fish skin grip wrapping.There is a locking mechanism which keeps the blade in the scabbard, this works as it should. Fishskin wrapped scabbard body, with two suspension rings, and gilded brass throat and chape. Very clean condition.
