Original era manufacture. White cotton tunic with five removable gilded aluminum anchor and blossom buttons. On each shoulder, are removable boards in the rank of Sub-Lieutenant of Finance. On the left chest is a three place ribbon bar; Rising Sun, Sacred Treasure and Russo-Japanese Campaign.The removable buttons are held in place by thin pieces of wood, evidently the previous owner did not have access to split-rings to do the job.The tunic is of course in a small size, but very clean for its age.
