Original period manufacture. This association was founded in 1901 and was under the supervision of the Ministry of Home Affairs and Health & Welfare. In 1940 it counted 6.5 million members at home and overseas. This beautiful badge is the associations highest award. Beautiful enameled silver disc with a purple and white ribbon. Light age and wear.
