Original era manufacture. Large format, printed cotton flag, clean with no staining. The flag measures 44x53 inches with a central placed sun indicating an Army pattern flag. There are a few minor tears in thebody and a repairable 5 inch tear in the fabric in one corner. The large size is a bonus as it would make a great backdrop for an Imperial Japanese display.
