Original period manufacture. Blue finished blade, hooked guard, contoured wood grips and bird head pommel. A clean bayonet showing some spotting to the blade finish and light wear but no pitting or corrosion issues. Matt blue finish to the guard & pommel, sound wooden grips with some interesting kanji carved into the reverse grip. Dent free blue steel scabbard with a light dusting of surface corrosion, dark oil finish leather frog with a brass closure button.
