Original era manufacture. A very clean type 30 bayonet displaying the Tokyo Hourglass proof on the ricasso. Bright blade, hooked guard, contoured wood grips with a flat, bird-head pommel. The blade is clean, shows staining and clouding from age but no corrosion or nicks in the edge. Nice blue and steel patina finish to the guard and pommel, with original finish wood grips. The scabbard retains most of its original finish with one very small dent near the tip.
