Original era manufacture. Blue finished blade, hooked guard, flat birdhead pommel and contoured wood grips. Overall the bayonet shows a mix of blue finish and steel patina with some spotting on the blade surface and evidence of light cleaned corrosion near the tip. The grips are sound, showing typical denting from age and use, secured to the tang with two rivets. Scabbard is clean with the aforementioned blue and patina mix, scattered surface denting along its length.
