Original era manufacture. Early quality manufacture featuring a bright finished blade in beautiful condition, just a tiny bit of discoloration near the tip, original finish wooden grips with minimal wear, nice blue finish to the hooked guard and pommel.Blue steel finished scabbard retaining near 100% of its finish, one very small dent in the surface just below the scabbard throat. A very nice example of a WWII Japanese bayonet.
