Original era manufacture. Nice early production bayonet with a blue finished blade, hooked guard, birdhead pommel and contoured wooden grips. Nice blue finish to the blade with arsenal sharpening on the cutting edge. Mostly steel patina mixed with blue finish on the guard and pommel. Decent wooden grips showing a dark finish. Blue finsh and steel patina mix to the scabbard, scattered light surface denting.
