Original period manufacture. A clean example featuring a blue finished blade without fullers, straight guard, flat type bird-head pommel and slightly contoured wooden grips.Most of the original finish remains on the blade, guard and pommel, with original finish to the grips, normal marring and wear to the grip surfaces. Blue finished steel scabbard with most of its finish remaining, no corrosion issues, no dents. Typical service wear and use.
