Original era manufacture. Hooked guard, rounded birdhead pommel, contoured wood grips and a bright finish blade.The blade is quite nice, very bright finish with no issues, beyond some light staining from oil and cosmoline. Mix of blue and steel patina finish to the guard and pommel. Original finish grips displaying typical light marring and wear from service use.The steel scabbard displays primarily a steel patina finish with a touch of blue remaining, with some very shallow, minor surface denting.
