Original era manufacture. Bright finished blade, hooked guard, contoured wood grips, with a rounded, bird-head pommel. The blade surface is quite clean, just minor staining from age and service use.Original finish wooden grips, displaying typical wear and denting from service use.Steel patina finish scabbard with evidence of corrosion pitting on each side, with scattered denting along its length. A very nice quality replica brown leather frog, sound stitching, with an intact securing buckle.
